Join us at Chez John’s Gastronomy. Chez John’s is an underground restaurant concept, committed to the art of selecting, preparing, serving and enjoying fine food. Open only on select nights, this intimate experience welcomes members for a dining experience you will not forget! Chef John Randazzo, graduate of the French Culinary Institute, has worked many years throughout NYC and Europe. John had successful stints at Cote d’Or in France, Cello in the Upper East Side and Provence in Albany. More recently, John was chef/owner of Via Fresca in Guilderland, NY.

Our Kids Night Out provides children with an evening full of games, crafts, and entertainment, while parents and adults can relax and unwind.

Celebrate Easter with our annual Easter Brunch & Egg Hunt, a delightful event filled with colorful eggs, surprises, and plenty of joy for all ages. Our July 4th Pool Party and Fireworks Show offers a patriotic celebration complete with music, food, and a stunning fireworks display, perfect for individuals, couples, and families alike. During the holiday season, don’t miss our magical Brunch with Santa, where kids can share their wishes, and everyone can indulge in festive treats. From seasonal events to year-round celebrations, there's something special for everyone to enjoy at CGCC!
